MLS Sync

Property data syncs automatically from the MLS:

• Frequency — Every 15 minutes
• Coverage — Active, pending, and sold listings
• Fields — Property details, photos, pricing

Manual Sync

Trigger an immediate sync:

1. Navigate to Data → MLS Sync
2. Click Sync Now
3. Monitor progress in the activity log

Data Exports

Export system data:

• Properties — CSV of listing data
• Users — User directory export
• Leads — Contact and inquiry data
• Analytics — Performance metrics

Data Imports

Import external data:

• Agent rosters
• Historical transactions
• Contact lists
• Custom data fields

Data Quality

Monitor data health:
