User Management

Control who has access to the system and what they can do.

View all users with:

  • Name and email
  • Role and permissions
  • Last login date
  • Account status

To add a new user:

  1. Click Add User
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select role (Agent, Broker, Admin)
  4. Assign to brokerage (if applicable)
  5. Send invitation

Modify user accounts:

  • Update contact information
  • Change role or permissions
  • Reset password
  • Enable/disable account

Perform actions on multiple users:

  • Send announcements
  • Reset passwords
  • Export user list
  • Update permissions

User security features:

  • Password Requirements — Minimum complexity
  • Session Timeout — Auto-logout after inactivity
  • Login History — Track access attempts
  • Two-Factor Auth — Optional enhanced security
