Configure Your Account
This guide covers account configuration tasks for agents who are already familiar with the system.
Update Your Profile
Section titled “Update Your Profile”Profile → Edit Profile
- Upload/replace headshot photo
- Edit bio and contact information
- Save changes (goes to broker for approval)
Configure Notifications
Section titled “Configure Notifications”Settings → Notifications
Available notification channels:
- Email — Lead inquiries, tour requests, profile updates
- SMS — Urgent notifications (tour requests, high-value leads)
- In-app — Dashboard badges and activity feed
Set quiet hours to pause notifications during off-hours.
Manage Availability
Section titled “Manage Availability”Settings → Availability
Set your working hours for tour scheduling:
- Toggle days you’re available for showings
- Set time ranges per day
- Block specific dates (vacation, conferences)
This prevents tour requests during times you can’t accommodate clients.
Privacy Settings
Section titled “Privacy Settings”Settings → Privacy
Control your visibility:
- Show email on listings — Default: on
- Show phone on listings — Default: on
- Allow direct contact — Clients can message you directly
Disable options if you prefer leads to route through brokerage contact.
Notification Preferences
Section titled “Notification Preferences”Fine-tune what triggers notifications:

Password and Security
Section titled “Password and Security”Settings → Security
- Change password
- View active sessions
- Enable two-factor authentication (coming soon)
Force logout from all devices if you suspect unauthorized access.
