Customize Your Dashboard

Your dashboard can be customized to match your workflow. Rearrange widgets, hide metrics you don’t use, and set your preferred reporting periods.

Move widgets to match your priorities—put what you check most often in the top-left position for easiest access.

  1. Enter edit mode

Click the “Customize” button in the dashboard header (top right, next to the refresh icon).

  2. Drag widgets

    • Hover over any widget header until you see the drag handle icon (six dots)
    • Click and hold the drag handle
    • Drag the widget to your desired position
    • Other widgets will automatically shift to make room
  3. Drop in new position

Release the mouse button to drop the widget in its new location.

  4. Save layout

Click “Save Layout” in the header to persist your changes.

Remove widgets you rarely check to reduce visual clutter.

  1. Enter edit mode

    Click “Customize” button (top right).

  2. Hide widget

    • Click the eye icon in the widget’s top-right corner
    • Widget fades out and disappears
  3. Save changes

    Click “Save Layout” to confirm.

To show hidden widgets later:

  2. Top-right: Upcoming Tours (schedule follow-ups)
  3. Bottom-left: Active Listings
  4. Bottom-right: Performance Metrics

Priority: Managing inventory and marketing performance

Recommended layout:

  1. Top-left: Active Listings (monitor all properties)
  2. Top-right: Performance Metrics (track engagement)
  3. Bottom-left: Upcoming Tours
  4. Bottom-right: Recent Leads

Priority: Learning the system, balanced view

Recommended layout:

  • Keep default layout (designed for balanced workflow)
  • Don’t hide any widgets yet—experience all features first
  • Customize after 2-3 weeks once you know your preferences

Problem: You click “Save Layout” but widgets revert to old positions after refresh.

Solution:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Ensure you’re clicking “Save Layout” (not just exiting edit mode)
  • Check browser console for errors (Report to support if you see any)

Problem: Widgets won’t drag when you try to move them.

Solution:

  • Make sure you’re clicking the drag handle (six dots), not the widget body
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere (ad blockers, privacy tools)
  • Try a different browser to isolate the issue
