Team Performance — You have access to aggregated reports and analytics that show how your team is performing collectively.

Compliance — You ensure data accuracy across your team’s listings and profiles, maintaining professional standards.

The platform is designed to give you oversight without micromanagement. You can see what your team is doing without controlling every action they take.

Agents maintain autonomy in their daily work—setting their own preferences, responding to leads, and managing their listings. Your role is to support their success through the tools and data the platform provides.

Help your agents succeed by:

  • Monitoring lead response times — Identify patterns where coaching might help

Agents control:
