Overview

Property Alerts notify you when:

• A property you’re watching drops in price
• New listings match your saved search criteria
• Similar properties appear (matched by photo embeddings that compare architectural style, finishes, and layout)

Alert Types

Price Drop Alerts

Get notified when a specific property reduces its price.

How to subscribe:

1. View any property listing
2. Click “Alert me if price drops”
3. Enter your email address
4. Confirm via email link

You’ll receive an email when:

• The list price decreases by any amount
• The property goes under contract (if enabled)

New Listing Alerts (Saved Searches)

Get daily or instant notifications for properties matching your criteria.

Available filters:

Category	Filters
Price	Min/max price range
Size	Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage
Location	City, neighborhood
Property	Type (single family, condo, land, etc.)
Features	Garage, lot size, specific amenities
Freshness	Max days on market

How to subscribe:

1. Run a search with your desired filters
2. Click “Save this search”
3. Choose notification frequency
4. Enter your email
5. Confirm via email link

Alert Frequency Options

Frequency	Description
Instant	Email sent as soon as new matches appear
Daily	Digest of new matches each morning
Weekly	Weekly summary every Monday

Email Verification

Alerts require email verification to prevent abuse:

1. After subscribing, check your inbox
2. Click the verification link (valid for 7 days)
3. Once verified, alerts begin immediately

Unverified subscriptions are deleted after 7 days.

Managing Your Alerts

Viewing Alerts

All your active alerts are listed in My Data → Alerts.

Editing Alerts

Click on any alert to:

• Update search criteria
• Change frequency
• Pause/resume notifications

Unsubscribing

Every alert email includes an Unsubscribe link. You can also:

• Use the unsubscribe link in any alert email
• Manage alerts in your account settings
• Delete alerts from the My Data page

• No forced registration — Email-only, no account required
• No spam — Only alerts you explicitly requested
• Easy unsubscribe — One-click in every email
• Value first — Useful notifications, not marketing

2. Start with daily — Switch to instant once you’re actively house hunting
3. Watch price drops — Great for properties slightly above budget
4. Combine with favorites — Save properties AND set alerts
