Tour Scheduling
Streamline the showing process with integrated tour scheduling.
For Buyers
Section titled “For Buyers”Requesting a Tour
Section titled “Requesting a Tour”- Click Schedule Tour on any listing
- Select preferred date and time
- Add notes (flexibility, specific questions)
- Submit request
You’ll receive confirmation when the agent responds.
Managing Your Requests
Section titled “Managing Your Requests”View all your tour requests:
- Pending — Awaiting agent response
- Confirmed — Scheduled and ready
- Completed — Past tours
- Cancelled — No longer happening
For Agents
Section titled “For Agents”Receiving Requests
Section titled “Receiving Requests”Tour requests appear in:
- Dashboard notifications
- Email alerts
- Mobile push notifications (if enabled)
Responding to Requests
Section titled “Responding to Requests”For each request, you can:
- Confirm — Accept the proposed time
- Propose Alternative — Suggest different times
- Decline — Explain why (property unavailable, etc.)
Calendar Integration
Section titled “Calendar Integration”Sync tours with your calendar:
- Google Calendar
- Outlook
- Apple Calendar
- iCal export
Tour Settings
Section titled “Tour Settings”Configure your availability:
- Available Hours — When you can show properties
- Buffer Time — Time between showings
- Auto-Response — Default messages
- Blackout Dates — Days you’re unavailable
After the Tour
Section titled “After the Tour”Follow up effectively:
- Send thank you messages
- Request feedback
- Track buyer interest
- Log notes for future reference
