Network Requirements
Section titled “Network Requirements”- Stable internet connection — Minimum 1 Mbps download/upload
- HTTPS access — Required for authentication and data security
- WebSocket support — For real-time lead notifications
Display Requirements

Section titled “Desktop/Laptop”- Minimum resolution: 1280x720 (720p HD)
- Recommended resolution: 1920x1080 (1080p Full HD) or higher
- Orientation: Landscape
Mobile/Tablet
Section titled “Mobile/Tablet”- Minimum resolution: 375x667 (iPhone SE)
- Recommended resolution: 768x1024 (iPad) or higher
- Orientation: Responsive design supports both portrait and landscape
Performance Considerations
Section titled “Performance Considerations”For optimal experience:
- RAM: 4GB+ recommended for smooth multi-tab operation
- Processor: Modern dual-core processor or better
- Storage: 100MB free space for cached data
Accessibility
Section titled “Accessibility”The system supports:
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- Keyboard navigation
- High contrast mode
- Text scaling up to 200%
Third-Party Dependencies
Section titled “Third-Party Dependencies”The system may require:
- Cookies enabled — For session management and preferences
- JavaScript enabled — Application is JavaScript-based
- Pop-up blocker configured — Allow pop-ups for PDF generation and reports
Known Limitations
Section titled “Known Limitations”- Internet Explorer: Not supported (discontinued by Microsoft)
- Older browsers: Features may degrade on browsers older than minimum versions
- Offline mode: Not available—requires active internet connection
Testing Your System
Section titled “Testing Your System”Visit your admin portal and check:
- Dashboard loads within 3 seconds
- Images and property photos display correctly
- Navigation menu is fully visible
- Search bar autocomplete works
